Returns & Refunds Policy
Our Return Policy is effective for 15 days. You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return to receive a refund.
Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. Items with any marks/stains on them (including deodorant marks) cannot be returned.

Delivery is Guaranteed: If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be sent. The replacement item will be shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed. We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase.
Our Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy is effective for 15 days. You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return to receive a refund. If there is a problem with your order due to our error, we are happy to replace or refund the item. Items delivered to you that are defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item or refunded free of charge.
Our Responsibility
- Faulty Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Item Sent: You receive the wrong product, color, or size.
Refund Requests (if applicable), please first send an email to support@zealathleisure.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. Items with any marks/stains, smells on them (including deodorant marks) cannot be accepted and will be returned to you. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days- depending on your bank.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Please make sure to read our item descriptions and carefully. Photos can be different from actual item due to photography, lighting, and monitor settings. Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Order Changes: If you require a change to your order, please email support@zealathleisure.com ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.
Address Errors: We are not responsible for orders not received due to incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase.
Exchange Request Instructions:
If you received a faulty item, please email us at support@zealathleisure.com with the following information:
- Your Order Number and “Replacement Request” in subject line
- Which item is damaged
- Photographic evidence:– If the problem is size, please use a ruler.
- A specific description of the issue
Proof of the fault needs to be approved by a member of Zeal Athleisure team, otherwise we cannot process a refund or exchange.
Our support team will respond within 3 business days and return instructions will be provided.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund within 7 business days, first check your bank account or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
*If any returned item(s) breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
